St. Augustine's Marching 100 plays a tune for Bill Capo

Bill Capo said he always wanted to be in the middle of a marching band during Mardi Gras. On Fat Tuesday, his dream came true...sort of. Capo stood in St. Charles Avenue as the Marching 100 from St. Augustine walked around him and played a tune.
