At 9pm, Ida has weakened to a tropical depression 50 miles WSW of Puerto Cabezas, Nicaragua.  As Ida move over Nicaragua and Honduras, life threatening flash flooding will main concern.  Ida will emerge over the Caribbean Sea again and become a tropical storm again.  See our Tropical Update for more on the track and models.

Nice weather for one more day before humidity increases on Saturday.  A coastal flood watch may be issued on Friday for tides to be above normal over the weekend and early next week.  Friday morning lows in the 40s north of the lake and 50s south of the lake.  Highs in the mid 70s.
