Tropical Storm Bertha is located about 275 miles SE of Puerto Rico.  Winds are at 50 mph and it is still moving pretty quickly to the WNW.  Bertha is fighting some wind shear and a little bit of dry air that will prevent it from getting stronger during the next 24 hours. 

Bertha is a threat to Puerto Rico and Hispanola over the weekend then the southern Bahamas.  No threat to the Gulf of Mexico.
