A recap of the 2013 Season.  The season ended up with 13 named storms, 2 hurricanes, and no major hurricanes.  This was the fewest number of hurricanes since 1982 which also had 2.  This was the 6th least active season since 1950.  The only hurricanes were Ingrid and Humberto.  TS Andrea was the only system to make landfall on the U.S. coastline.  It caused one fatality, tornadoes, heavy rain, and flooding in FL, eastern GA, and eastern South Carolina.  This was also the 3rd below normal season since 1995 when this active cycle began.  Hurricane hunters flew 45 missions which was the fewest since 1966.
