I'm a Location Manager in the Film and Commercial Industry, and was starting my day when I saw this amazing occurrence!! THE RAINBOW TO THE DOME!!!
Couldn't help but to share it with our fellow SAINTS FANS & New Orleanians'!!!
I took three separate pictures on my cell and "pasted" them together to try and grasp the beautiful full effect, but even the Dome with the Rainbow touching it is FANTASTIC!
