Founded by Tim Fontenot and Jacob Fontenot, The Tee Cotton Bowl has been blessed by the Pope, featured by Steve Sabol, NFL Films in a feature Story, and awarded top honors by Coach Tony Dungy, this is a game like no other featuring the Sacred Heart Trojans Football Team vs the Ville Platte Bulldogs. The highest honor bestowed on a player and team, the Sportsmanship Award, presented at the post game ceremony. Events are held throughout the week which encourage team building, praying for one another and the spirit of good sportsmanship by playing the game of football with honor and dignity. Pep Rallies, The Louisiana Legends Banquet and the pre game Tail Gate Extravaganza are just a few of the highlights leading up to the Friday Night game of the week, Tee Cotton Bowl XII.
