Something Special- Carter Kids

This is a photo of Lance Albert "8" and Chloe Carter "5". They are energetic, happy kids who love life. They are both very good students and are a positive light wherever they go. In school they are the helper and at church they are the encourager. They believe that they have something very special inside of them that will change the world. Chloe loves to share love with elderly grandma's and grandpa's who are sick or in nursing homes and will sing encouraging songs like "I Know that You Can Make It" and "He Never Gave Up on Me", while holding their hands until they feel better. Lance Albert's teachers have frequently commented on his compassion for other students who may be ignored,bullied, feeling left out or going through emotional issues at home. The children feel very comfortable expressing their hearts to Lance about personal things that bother them even though they have not shared these issues with their parents. I have witnessed Lance encouraging one of his peers who have lost their father to Cancer and offered to share his dad with them. They feel that they are uniquely blessed and want the world to know about the gifts inside of them.
