Being named Louisiana's Fittest Female last year wasn't enough for me. In my endeavor to compete in the International Finals of the Crossfit Games, a competition to determine the "Fittest" Man & Woman, I participated in 6 timed/judged workouts. The end result was finishing in the top 3 female Masters athletes and being assured of a place at the International Finals! At this time I am making plans to travel from "Crossfit Crusade," Slidell, LA to California July 29-31 and I'm looking for sponsors to represent female athletes, masters age group athletes and the sport of Crossfit.
