This is my Daddy, William Oubre, Sr. (Billy Oubre). He was a New Orleans musician for 43 years before retiring because of a stroke. He is an inductee to the Louisiana Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Westbank Musicians Hall of Fame. He just celebrated his 60th birthday. I am so proud of his accomplishments & wish him a very Happy Father's Day! Love you Daddy!
