Deacon John Moore may be a music legend to most New Orleanians, but to me, he's the best father a daddy's girl could ever have. I'm a lucky so-and-so! I catch up with him as often as I can; the first picture is at the Apollo Theater in NYC this spring 2011, when he performed for the Jazz Foundation; the second was at the Arts Council of New Orleans in 2009, when he received the Community Arts Award.
