I really don't know the story behind this Statue? She has been out here for as long as I can remember. I know she was moved once, she sits high a top a piling on the beach in Trinity Bayou and is just so beautiful. I have googled many different things trying to find info on her but nothing comes up except for the Hurricane that hit Last Island...the plaque beneath reads 'Whiskey Pass Silver King Assn' est.1958 'God's Gift of Our Members and Our Coastal Resources' 2002
She Still Stands after all these years
