Hi I'm Lori on the Westbank. I live in Belle Chasse and the water is extremely high. What is making it even worse is everyones'garbage. The water knocked the cans over and the garbage is clogging the drains. We had to go clear the garbage out of the drains so that my brother's car would not flood.
