Crossfit, the SPORT of fitness has produced many fine athletes. The culmination of our efforts will be July 29-31st at the Crossfit Games in Carson California where I, Kelly Guillory, will be competing - the ONLY Louisiana competitor at this WORLD WIDE event. Friday 4 up and coming competitors; Julie Slappy-Fowble, Janice Ferguson, Jeannie Dimitri and Stacey Guth, joined me for some FUN competition/training at Crossfit Crusade, located on the grounds of Cross Gates Family Fitness.
