My name is Craig Macaluso and I have a sailboat out in the Municipal Harbor in new Orleans. When any large storms push water in from the south we have to check our boat lines while wtaer levels rise. Saturday my son and his friend came along for the ride to visit the harbor. More of the same water levels during southernly winds when storms approach.
