These were taken in the backyard of an Oak Harbor resident. Lee has covered docks, nearly removed boats from their slings, and even given the grass a nice watering. This is the highest water recorded in Oak Harbor since Hurricane Katrina, coincidentally 6 days from it's anniversary.
