Hi. Here is my video for the What'cha Cookin' Challenge. My name is Tammy Dionne and I want to thank you for taking a look at my very 1st video, ever.
Since our city is known for our fabulous fresh seafood, cajun and creole dishes, I thought I'd try a little something different. My dish was created because I love the flavors of Poblano Peppers and cilantro. Also, because I love Italian. I thought combining the two would be a perfect marriage:) The flavors of the fresh peppers, tomatillos and cilantro along with the homemade bechemel sauce really brought the dish together. I hope to not only cook great delicious food, but I also hope to inspire people to try something new and to create their own creation sensations.
