My name is Byron Corley. I'm a 23 year veteran of the New Orleans Police Department. I was born and raised in New Orleans. I was inspired by my father who enjoyed people, good times, and sharing a good meal. He could create a good meal out of anything he could get his hands on.
In my mind, I believe that I'm a chef in a cop's uniform. I also enjoy people, good times, and sharing a good meal with others; therefore, I could not pass up the opportunity to enter the " WWL TV What'cha Cookin challenge."
