Today the street ground level flooded in the 4511 block on the side of the Saint Claude Ave. bridge elevated traffic ramp from Japonicia St. To Poland Ave. There are no rain water drain's on the elevated traffic ramp's on the Saint Claude Ave. bridge. The vehicle's traveling down the ramp especially big commercial truck's splash excessive amount's of water down to the below ground street. This compound's the already flooded ground level street because the street drain pumps are overloaded. Also at the ground level bottom of the elevated bridge ramps, there are drain holes that were put there when the St. Claude bridge was built so street water could drain. I have lived at 4511 St. Claude since 1959 and the hole drains have never drained any water because they have always been clogged up. Frank Laplaca
