Lower Tangipahoa and Lake Ponchartrain
Our friends house on the Tangipahoa. The residents were rescued during the height of the flood by a brave citizen after Law enforcement said it was too dangerous to rescue them. One was invalid and would have died by the time offical help arrived 5 days later!
