I love being in the Who Dat Nation, 7,800 miles away! My husband is stationed in Kadena Air Force Base in Okinawa, Japan and we watched the Super Bowl from our overseas home. We were eating beignets and cafe au lait for the first half (kickoff was at 8:20 AM Monday morning our time) and at halftime, we had seafood gumbo and red beans and rice! Then for the rest of the day, we were showing the Japanese locals how to party like a New Orleanian! (What a hangover... lol)
