At the Crescent City Classis this morning New Orleans meter maids were writing tickets to the hundreds of cars parked on the Marconi neutral ground. Well most everyone. Apparently the St Bernard Parish Governement can park where ever they want without fear of receiving a ticket in New Orleans. All of the cars had tickets on this section of neutral ground except for the one St Bernard owned SUV.
