I am confident that you would be hard-pressed to find a more courageous, selfless woman than my mother, Rose. After raising six children and losing her husband and soul mate of 37 years, she entered the workforce at the age of 55. Shortly after, she was diagnosed with two very aggressive diseases. After several cycles of treatment, she is still fighting and defying odds. She awakes everyday with a positive attitude and refuses to quit. Her love for her family and friends is unconditional and our adoration for her knows no limits.
