The pictures included are just a sample of 3 0more weeks I have been calling sewerage and water board for relief. in the last two weeks a waterboard work crew has visited twice within one block of this site to repair a minor leak and have left without addresses this problem. Mosquitoes and tadpoles are prevelant. It's flooding two yards and fouling the street.
Sewerage and water board has been very cooperative in posting a work order without getting the work done.
Mean while my gardens are becoming foul and unaccessable while I wait for the New Orleans Sewerage and Water Board to determine if this is in need of emergency repairs.
Almost a month and counting. At Least BP has made a little progress with their leak. Could that be where the water board crews are being dispacted
