The Rolling Stones will be playing at Jazz Fest next year, according to a report from The Gambit.

The Rolling Stones announced 2019 U.S. dates for their ‘No Filter’ tour. On the list was no mention of New Orleans, however in a video posted on his Facebook page, Mick Jagger included New Orleans as he sang cities the band will be stopping to.

"Miami, Florida — Jacksonville and Houston — New Orleans and Glendale,” Jagger sang in the video.

According to the tour dates, Miami is the tour’s kickoff city, then Jacksonville, Florida and Houston on April 28, 2019 and Glendale, Arizona, May 7, 2019.

So, it looks like the Stones will be playing the second Thursday of the Jazz Fest which is May 2, resulting in an extra day of Jazz Fest and moving the locals’ Thursday to the first weekend of the fest.

Jazz Fest officials will announce the lineup sometime in December.
