New person of interest wanted in killing of New Orleans rapper 'Young Greatness,' NOPD says

Detectives are searching for a new person of interest in the killing of New Orleans rapper Young Greatness.

NOPD detectives have identified a new person of interest in the shooting of Theodore Jones, the New Orleans rapper better known by his stage name 'Young Greatness.'

Detectives are looking for Donald Reaux in their investigation into the shooting, which occurred in the early morning of Oct. 29, 2018 in the parking lot of a Waffle House in the 2900 block of Elysian Fields Avenue.

No warrant has been issue for Reaux in relation to the investigation. However, he is currently wanted for non-related traffic citations.

Jones, 34, lived in Houston but was back home in New Orleans for a funeral at the time of his death, police say.
