ST. BERNARD PARISH, La. — Thousands of Entergy Louisiana customers power is back on Monday afternoon.
According to the company's power outage map, more than 6,000 customers were without power around 12:35 p.m. The outages were concentrated along East Judge Perez Drive south of Cypress Gardens to Bayou Road.
One point on the outage map said a vehicle struck equipment on East St. Bernard Highway near Archbishop Hannan Boulevard. The website said the outage was first reported shortly after 11 a.m.
