NEW ORLEANS -- Charges against two brothers and another man accused of running a drug ring out of a 7th Ward home were handed up to a judge Thursday.
The 12-count indictment included a series of drugs, weapons and conspiracy charges.
State Police said they arrested Phillip Johnson, 38; Clyde Johnson, 43; and Corey Maurice, 41, during a drug bust Wednesday. Troopers said they uncovered almost $45,000 in illegal drug proceeds, numerous guns and luxury vehicles.
Philip Johnson's bond was set at $600,000. Bond for his older brother and Maurice was set at $550,000.
