NEW ORLEANS — Family members confirmed on Friday night that a missing 15-year-old girl is back home.

Police were searching for a missing 15-year-old girl who had been last seen on New Year's Eve around 11 a.m. in Central City.

Officials said that the teen, Khloe Randle, had been in communication with a relative since that time, but had not returned home. She was last seen at a store near Willow and Josephine streets in Central City.

The girl's mother, identified by WWL-TV viewers as Kizzy Randle Murray, posted an update on Facebook Friday night, confirming Khloe was back home.

"God is in the midst. Khloe is home. This will be a journey. I have to take. Still check on me. I always need help and prayers," Murray said in the post.

Randle reportedly had left the store to go to a nearby restaurant on Monday morning, but has not been seen since.
