Golden Globes 2021: Full list of winners, nominees

With nominees appearing remotely and hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler on different sides of the country, it was a very socially distanced 78th Golden Globe Awards.

WASHINGTON — The 78th annual Golden Globe Awards took place with winners and nominees appearing remotely Sunday night, nearly two months after the pandemic delayed the show.

Top awards of the evening went to “Borat Subsequent Moviefilm,” “The Crown” and “Schitt's Creek.”

The Globes were bicoastal for the first time with Tina Fey and Amy Poehler serving as hosts. Fey hosted live in New York while Poehler was in Beverly Hills, California, where the award show is typically held.

Jane Fonda received the Cecil B. DeMille Award, an accolade for film. She’s won Golden Globes for her acting in “Klute,” “Julia” and “Coming Home.”

The Globes took place on the original date of the Academy Awards. Those will instead be held April 25.
