NEW ORLEANS -- The Pelicans have not one, but TWO players on the NBA's All-Defensive First Team.
Anthony Davis and Jrue Holiday were named to the 2017-18 NBA All-Defensive First Team, the first time in team history that teammates received the honor in the same season.
Davis led the association in blocks per game with 2.6 and finished 5th in the NBA in rebounds per game with 11.1.
Holiday finished the regular season as one of just four guards to record at least 50 blocks, 100 steals and 300 rebounds.
Davis and Holiday join Victor Oladipo, Robert Covington and Rudy Gobert on the first team.
