BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo Bills All-Pro cornerback, Tre’Davious White has decided to play this season, according to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen.

White told the media on Wednesday that he had been considering opting out. His main priority is the safety of his two children and girlfriend during the COVID-19 pandemic.

He took to social media Thursday morning after fans shared their thoughts and opinions on the possibility of White opting out, saying: “You guys are selfish for thinking that football is bigger than life.”

Tre’Davious White lead the league with 6 interceptions last season, he shares that honor with Anthony Harris of the Minnesota Vikings and former Buffalo Bill, now New England Patriot, Stephon Gilmore.  He is in the last year of his contract.
