Dez Bryant is back on the practice field after tearing his Achilles tendon just days after signing with the Saints last season.
A new video posted by Bryant on Instagram shows him running routes for the first time since his surgery back in November.
"First time running in a long time... Building confidence," he wrote.
Bryant signed a one-year deal with the New Orleans Saints Nov. 7, 2018 and then tore his Achilles at practice on Nov. 9.
Before coming to New Orleans, Bryant spent eight seasons with the Dallas Cowboys where he holds the record for most touchdowns receptions (73).
The Saints have not said if they plan to re-sign Bryant, though the 30-year-old receiver has shown interest in returning to the team on social media.
