Alexandra Cranford - WWL-TV Meteorologist

We get another chilly Tuesday morning in the 40s to low 50s. A weak cool front moves through early in the day (with no rain), and sun finally returns Tuesday with highs in the 60s.

Then a stretch of pleasant weather continues through the week. The first day of spring on Wednesday looks delightful - chilly for the morning but sunny and near 70° for afternoon.

Another reinforcing cool front sneaks in quietly by early Thursday. There won't be enough moisture to bring rain. The fronts this week will just keep temperatures fairly steady and low humidity around.

A slight warming trend gets going for Saturday and Sunday. The next chance for showers comes Sunday and Monday, when 30-40% rain chances enter the forecast.

Enjoy a week of quiet and comfortable weather for the start of spring!
