NEW ORLEANS — Are you ready for some crazy temperature swings in the New Orleans area? Hold on.
A cold front will move through southeast Louisiana on Tuesday, bringing scattered storms and a few thunderstorms, but heavy rain is not expected. You can expect Tuesday to be warm and humid through the afternoon but temperatures will begin to fall into the lower 60s.
Low temperatures Tuesday night into Wednesday morning will be in the 40s. Wednesday will start out with cold rain but precipitation should end before the afternoon. High temperatures for Wednesday will be only in the 50s.
Thursday will be a dry day with lingering clouds. We will stay cool with high temperatures only around 60 degrees.
