NEW ORLEANS – Police say two people are dead after a double shooting in the Desire development neighborhood Wednesday morning.
According to the New Orleans Police Department, the shooting happened in the 3400 block of Ursula Spencer Way. Officers arriving at the scene found two men with gunshot wounds inside a vehicle in the area. They were later identified by the Orleans Parish Coroner as 23-year-old Lionel Clark and 25-year-old Randy Green.
Paramedics pronounced both men dead at the scene.
