Cookbook author Kit Wohl and Meghan Kee are in the kitchen with Blake Offret, sous chef at Nole’, Al Copeland, Jr.’s greatly anticipated new restaurant. He's making Nole' guacamole & cochon du lait paella. Nole’ is located at 2001 St. Charles Ave. and open for lunch & dinner 7 days.
