NEW ORLEANS — 12 people were shot inside a nightclub on Bennington Avenue in Baton Rouge early Sunday morning and were brought to the hospital, according to a report from our partners at The Advocate.
Baton Rouge police say the shooting occurred at the Dior Bar & Lounge at 4619 Bennington Avenue near College Drive at around 1:30 a.m..
EMS brought five people to the hospital, with seven others went to the hospital via private means. According to The Advocate, as of 10:15 this morning, all victims are listed in stable condition.
An arrest has not yet been made and a motive is currently unknown.
