Nola Rapper B.G. charged after performance in Vegas

Dorsey said in response, "I'm a rapper, that's my profession."​ No word on when he'll be in court again.

LAS VEGAS — Rapper B.G. from the New Orleans rap group "Hot Boys" is now facing charges related to a recent performance in Las Vegas, according to Nola.com.

B.G., whose real name is Christopher Dorsey, performed alongside Gucci Mane and fellow Louisiana rapper Lil Boosie back in February, and also released music videos.

Dorsey is currently on probation for gun charges he was convicted on in 2012. According to court documents obtained by Nola.com, he did not have permission to perform or post the music videos. 

Dorsey said in response, "I'm a rapper, that's my profession."

He was arrested following the show, but was reportedly released on Wednesday, March 27, Nola.com reported.

No word on when he'll be in court again.
