NEW ORLEANS — Former President Donald Trump is set to visit New Orleans in June for a campaign fundraiser, according to Nola.com.

Trump will visit on Monday, June 24 and the fundraiser is hosted by two of the largest Republican donors in Louisiana.

There will also be a special dinner reception for the presumptive GOP nominee, our partners reported. Boysie Bollinger and Joe Canizaro are organizing the dinner, and tickets to the reception are over $3,000.

"The most expensive ticket package, which includes a photo op with Trump and the chance to join the "host committee," is selling for $250,000, according to the invite."

House Majority Leader Steve Scalise will be a special guest at the reception. Scalise will also help with fundraising.

The reception is just three days before the first presidential campaign debate this year.

The first debate will be on June 27 hosted by CNN and the second debate on Sept. 10 hosted by ABC.
