HARAHAN, La. - No one was hurt after an SUV plowed into a coffee shop in Harahan Thursday morning.
The crash happened before 10 a.m. at Caffe Latte Da near Citrus Blvd and Hickory Avenue. Photos from the scene show a black Ford Escape with a New York license plate inside the dining room at the café.
The vehicle was driven by a woman who said she thought the car was in reverse. The owner tells Eyewitness News that it may be a few days before the cafe can reopen.
