NEW ORLEANS — The NOPD is investigating a fatal traffic collision in the area of North Claiborne Avenue and Iberville Street, according to a press release.
The NOPD was notified of the incident at around 4:33 p.m. and discovered that a woman was struck by a vehicle.
The woman was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
The NOPD has no other information available to share at this time, according to the press release.
