NEW ORLEANS — A white box van has struck the awning of building in the 600 block of Bienville Street in the Historic French Quarter of New Orleans on Thursday morning.
WWL Louisiana traffic reporter Colleen Seeley reported on the incident at approximately 8:30 a.m.
Traffic is advised to avoid the area, which included the Bienville and Chartres streets intersection, until the scene is cleared.
Meanwhile on the eastbound side of Interstate 12 on the Northshore near Louisiana Highway 1077, a vehicle disabled due to an accident is causing heavy delays.
