Exclusive: First look at cabins on the largest cruise ship ever built

SOUTHAMPTON, England -- What are the cabins like on the largest cruise ship ever built? See for yourself with a scroll through the carousel above, which offers the first detailed look at accommodations on Royal Caribbean's new Harmony of the Seas.

USA TODAY this week is getting exclusive early access among U.S. media to the 226,963-ton vessel, which sets sails Sunday on its maiden voyage, and we're posting our first photos here and on our Twitter page and Facebook page.

Harmony is built on the same platform as Royal Caribbean's giant Oasis of the Seas and Allure of the Seas, the current size leaders in the cruise world, but it eclipses its siblings by nearly 1,700 tons and offers several dozen more cabins as well as new cabin configurations. It's nearly three feet wider than Oasis and Allure and holds nearly 100 more passengers.

The photo tour above doesn't include Harmony's biggest cabins, its Loft Suites and Presidential Suites, which are undergoing finishing touches in advance of the ship's debut. We'll be adding photos of the suites here in the coming days.
