Saints | Dalton likely to start again, Thomas and 3 others are out

"It's going to be Andy. Jameis is doubtful going into this week," Allen said.

NEW ORLEANS — Saints head coach Dennis Allen said that Andy Dalton would likely start for the second straight week during his press conference on Friday.

"It's going to be Andy. Jameis is doubtful going into this week,"  Allen said.

Starting quarterback Jameis Winston (back/ankle) is currently listed as doubtful.

Dalton was solid throughout the game in London and even led the team down the field for a potential game-tying field goal. He completed 20 of 328 passes for 236 yards and a touchdown last week against the Vikings.

"I thought Andy did a nice job. He performed well in the game, and in the second half we got into a pretty good rhythm offensively," Allen said.

Star wide receiver Michael Thomas (foot) will be out for a second straight week and Jarvis Landry (ankle) is listed as questionable. Allen said he "felt pretty good" about Landry playing.

Payton Turner (chest), Calvin Throckmorton (hip), and P.J. Williams (hip) are also out against the Seahawks. Marcus Maye (rib), Andrus Peat (concussion), Alvin Kamara (rib) are listed as questionable.

The 1-3 Saints will face the Seattle Seahawks in the Caesars Superdome on Sunday at noon.
