Queen Zulu 2019 welcomed with second line at Armstrong International Airport
Queen Zulu 2019, Kailyn Rainey, was welcomed by a special ceremony Sunday at Armstrong International Airport, as is Zulu tradition. She will reign with her grandfather, George Rainey, as King Zulu 2019 on Mardi Gras.
