NEW ORLEANS — WWL-TV was honored by receiving 14 Suncoast Emmy nominations for news coverage in the southeast.
The nominations include ones for Overall Excellence, Morning and Daytime Newscasts, Best Anchor, Investigative, Health News and Feature News.
Charisse Gibson is nominated as the best anchor and for her series on redlining Follow the Line, while Medical Reporter Meg Farris, Investigators David Hammer and Katie Moore, photographers T.J. Pipitone, Adam Copus and Ricknise Riggins each received multiple nominations.
