Kevin’s Pan Fried Pork Chops

6-8 Center cut pork chops

3 tbsp Kevin’s seasoning

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

2 c flour

2 c oil

Season pork chops with Kevin’s, garlic, salt, and pepper. Place in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. In a large skillet pour in oil to about ½ inch deep. Heat on medium fire. While oils is heating place flour in a bowl and add more seasoning if you’d like. Coat chops with flour, shaking off excess and place in skillet. Cook chops 2-3 minutes per side and drain on a plate with paper towels. Serve warm.
