SLIDELL, La. — Four people were arrested after counterfeit pills pressed with fentanyl, crack cocaine, guns, and other drugs were found in a Slidell home, according to the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office.

Deputies said they got reports of "illegal narcotics activity" happening in the 100 block of Shamrock Drive.

On Saturday, Apr. 20, deputies got a search warrant and seized the following from inside the home:

  • Counterfeit oxycodone tablets pressed with fentanyl
  • Fentanyl powder
  • Crack cocaine
  • Methamphetamine
  • Suboxone
  • Paraphernalia associated with personal use of narcotics
  • 2 Firearms (1 rifle and 1 pistol)
  • Marijuana

STPSO identified the individuals as Paige Thompson, Axel Jarquin, Stuart Duncan, and Jake Rizk.

They were all arrested on charges of possession of Schedule I and Schedule II CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia.

“Our residents continue to send the message they will not tolerate illegal narcotics being sold in their neighborhoods,” Sheriff Randy Smith said. “Keeping our neighborhoods safe takes a partnership between law enforcement and our residents. We are blessed to live and serve in an area that respects, appreciates and works with law enforcement.”

Thompson and Rizk also face charges of possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS.
