Judge rules Corps must pay for wetlands restoration
A New Orleans federal judge ruled Thursday that the Army Corps of Engineers must dig deep and pay the full $3 billion cost of restoring the wetlands destroyed by the Mississippi River Gulf Outlet, also known as MRGO.
