NEW ORLEANS — New Orleans Police are asking for the public's help with finding a man wanted for a triple shooting on Canal Street.
Donnell Beard is wanted on three counts of attempted murder and the illegal use of a dangerous weapon.
According to investigators, at about 1:53 p.m. on Thursday, Donnell Beard was in the 800 block of Canal Street when he opened fire on a crowd of people. The gunfire wounded three people. Police say Beard's last known address is the 1800 block of Wagner Street, and that a warrant is issued for his arrest.
